Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and coordinate end-to-end product release management, ensuring timely deployment aligned with business and operational needs. - Utilize release management tools to oversee internal and customer-facing web application releases. - Manage the system engineering team to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications. - Oversee daily incident management and fulfillment request processes, ensuring timely resolution and operational excellence. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Application, Development, Architecture, QA, Operations, System Engineering, and Lines of Business to gather feedback and continuously improve release procedures and daily operations. - Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support team and business needs **Basic Qualifications:** - Minimum 3 years of experience in application support or release delivery. - Degree holder in IT or related disciplines. - Solid understanding of digital product development lifecycle and operations. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse technology teams. - A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
