Job Posting Title: Associate Specialist, Communications & Public Affairs (1-year contract) Req ID: 10142161 Job Description: **Responsibilities** - Provide administrative support to corporate citizenship team - Manage administrative tasks and oversee the team’s filing system, including but not limited to charitable donation, with the ability to establish database for record-keeping - Provide support in handling NGO’s inquires - Plan and execute CSR projects and event, including stakeholder engagement, community initiatives, event logistics and itinerary management - Coordinate and communicate with internal and external partners to facilitate sponsorships, collaborations, and business synergy - Collaborate with Disney Volunteer Leadership Council to align the volunteer activities match our CSR strategies. Assist with preparation and facilitate communications of events **Requirements:** - Bachelor’s Degree - At least 1 year of working experience. - 2+ years of NGO experience is preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent command of writing, editing and presentation skills in both Chinese and English. - Proficient in Chinese-English translation. - Knowledge of design and publication layout, familiarity with basic software including Photoshop and Canva is preferred. - Skillful in photography for social media usage is a plus.
