Be part of the team creating world-class experiences and begin the first chapter of your career with us! Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“HKDL”) is now hiring interns for the Merchandise team. Based on academic background and interview performance, shortlisted candidates will be assigned to one of the following teams: - Merchandise Planning & Operation Integration - Product Development - Merchandise Creative Design **Responsibilities** **Merchandise Planning & Operation Integration** - Support Location revamp exercise - Assist Category Planning team for category reviews, order placement and shipment tracking - Work with Operation Integration team for the communication and launch plan of seasonal events - Launch of new products to our E-commerce platform and monitor the result and take follow up actions **Product Development ** - Develop product assortment plan, product mix and pricing strategies to achieve financial targets - Support the whole product development process from design concept to actual product - Liaise with vendors and suppliers for product developments, quality, costing, sample arrangement, top samples approval, testing follow-up and delivery - Conduct Market Research - Coordinate the placement of purchase orders **Merchandise Creative Design** - Support creative design for Merchandise to drive Guest purchases and incremental merchandise revenue. - Provide creative support for various projects - Assist in the creation of multiple art concepts and style guides **Requirements** - Current university students graduating in or after 2026, major in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Product Design, Design, Illustration or relevant disciplines - Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney. - Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua. - Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2026. - Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage. **Application** - Please indicate your internship available period and your expected graduation date on your resume - Design portfolio is required if you are interested in the Merchandise Creative Design Internship - Application deadline: **March 13, 2026** Join us now!
