Whether it’s driving a vision from start to finish or collaborating with teams to inspire and deliver projects of Epic quality, Epic’s production teams take pride in consistently delivering world-class products and experiences.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Producer focused on Economy, you will drive production for platform-level monetization systems that power creator revenue and player value. You will partner closely with engineering and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver engagement-payout and consumables monetization initiatives. This role requires strong technical fluency, autonomy, and the ability to operate at scale across complex system-driven projects.
In this role, you will

Lead roadmap planning for economy initiatives, including feedback collection, requirements gathering, initiative build-out, feature breakdown, and estimation to drive delivery against defined monetization goals

Partner closely with engineering and discipline leads to define scope, technical approach, and timelines for platform-level monetization systems

Build and maintain project plans and schedules while managing cross-team dependencies to ensure successful system-level initiatives

Provide clear and transparent communication on project status, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders

Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, and Art to balance priorities, requirements, and critical timelines

Continuously evolve production processes to support the scalable delivery of complex monetization systems
What we're looking for

6+ years of production experience within the gaming industry
-
Experience supporting platform-level or engine-level systems within games
-
Strong technical fluency and the ability to engage meaningfully in engineering discussions
-
Demonstrated experience working on monetization systems or in-game economy mechanics
-
Deep understanding of monetization loops and revenue-driving systems within games
-
Proven ability to independently own and drive complex, system-heavy initiatives
-
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, product, design, and analytics
-
Strong judgment in identifying risks and navigating technical trade-offs in complex systems
