PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
What We Do
Product Management partners with game development, publishing, marketing, and platform teams to provide a data and market-driven view of product strategy that aligns with business goals. As part of Epic’s Growth Team, we use our product expertise to identify and drive growth levers to grow our player base and business.
What You'll Do
As a Product Management Director (PC), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Epic’s PC experiences across our suite of products and businesses. You’ll apply both creative and analytical problem-solving to identify opportunities, define product direction, support feature development, improve performance, and contribute to initiatives that deepen player engagement and satisfaction.
In this role, you will

Drive the PC product strategy and contribute to a roadmap that expands reach, engagement, and long-term retention on the platform

Partner with development teams to identify and prioritize feature opportunities, gameplay enhancements, and system improvements that elevate the PC player experience

Work with cross-functional partners to optimize player funnels, in-game experiences, and market readiness across regions
-
Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize technical features, performance improvements, and platform optimizations that meaningfully improve the end-to-end PC experience

Partner closely with analytics teams to define measurable goals, evaluate performance, and ensure recommendations are grounded in clear data and business impact

Align with key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Publishing to maintain visibility into goals, progress, and tradeoffs for PC initiatives
What we're looking for

6+ years of Product Management experience in live operation consumer-facing products
-
Proven success shipping or optimizing PC or cross-platform (PC/console/mobile) games; familiarity with PC performance requirements, player expectations, and platform capabilities

Highly skilled at translating business needs into technical solutions

Demonstrated ability to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
-
A passion for games and a deep understanding of growth, retention, and monetization principles and mechanics that create value for players
This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA, NYC, & WA).
Pay Transparency Information
The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).
New York City Base Pay Range**$251,441—$368,779 USDCalifornia Base Pay Range$246,202—$361,096 USDWashington Base Pay Range$209,534—$307,316 USD**
