Key Responsibilities:

PLM Strategy and Architecture:

• Design and implement scalable PLM Solutions integrated with AI and data analytics platforms.

• Design AI/ML Models to enhance product life cycle insight, predictive maintenance and design optimization.

• Ensure high-quality data pipelines and governance frameworks across PLM systems.

• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies in PLM, AI, and data analytics.

Advance AI & Data Analytics:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to analyze product usage, performance and failure data for continuous improvement.

• Implement predictive models to forecast product lifecycle event such as maintenance needs, obsolescence or warranty claims.

• Design and manage data lakes and real-time data pipelines to support PLM analytics and AI Workloads.

• Build AI-powered recommendation system to assist engineers in design decisions, material selection and change management.

System Configuration & Enhancement:

• Customize Teamcenter core components and modules to meet evolving business needs.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle from business requirements gathering, system prototyping, design, to user acceptance testing.

• Ensure our solutions are robust, efficient, and scalable.

• Enhance CAD performance, including efficient assembly, part creation, and drawing generation.

• Operational Excellence:

• Strategically manage and optimize application configurations across on-premise and cloud-based server instances.

• Establish and maintain Sandbox, Development, Acceptance, and Production environments on an integrated on-prem/virtualized infrastructure.

• Manage timely Teamcenter and CAD upgrades, conducting rigorous testing to ensure stability and optimal performance.

• Resolve operational issues and provide comprehensive user support, enhancing system usability and productivity.

• Integration Mastery:

• Innovate by designing and implementing Python Flask applications and server-side D365 integrations using 'To Increase' middleware and OOTB ITK programs.

• Adhere to Siemens best practices, employ proven SQL techniques, and utilize Siemens-supported tools for seamless application development.

• Manage ACL lists, ADA security, workflows, document management, and data access using BMIDE and administrative applications.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Mentor and develop junior resources, promoting a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with IT system administrators and business stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and solution delivery.

• Strategic Impact:

• Work with IT on infrastructure strategies to anticipate future business needs, focusing on sustainability and growth.

• Lead CAD data management, migration strategies, and oversee data integration into Teamcenter.

• Serve as the primary liaison with Siemens and VARs, aligning with technological advancements and product roadmaps.

• 10+ year of experience In PLM system, deep-rooted expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM with a proven track record in system configuration an
