Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in assembling, testing, and inspecting lithium-ion battery products and related materials.
• Maintain production records and report any deviations or issues to the leader or manager.
• Follow all EHS guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and efficiency.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of materials and products.
• Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Support the team in meeting production targets and schedules.

Desired Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
• Some of experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Knowledge of production equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Understanding of quality standards and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work under supervision.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
