Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Manage and update helpdesk tickets using the Service Desk system
• Support user account administration (Active Directory, Office 365)
• Assist with PC setup, imaging, installation, and troubleshooting
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Support system updates, security patching, and endpoint maintenance
• Assist with IT onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees
• Escalate technical issues to network/server teams when necessary

Qualifications:

• Open to all majors (IT, Computer Science, or related fields preferred)
• Currently enrolled students or students on academic leave are welcome to apply
• Experience using Windows OS and Microsoft Office
• Strong interest in IT with a proactive willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi Fi, etc.) is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable supporting end-users
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
