Job Description:

General Administration

Handling general office communications.

Scheduling and blocking calendars for interviews, Site-wide meetings (e.g. Town Hall, All Hands, etc.), meetings requested by Site Head as needed Maintaining and updating contact lists.

Providing general support to visitors Coordinating with Enovix legal team for NDA’s and signatures on important documents Coordination with external law firm and agencies for all meetings and documents.

Ordering office and cafeteria supplies. Ordering food for weekly snacks. Ordering food for HR events.

Finance & Procurement

Petty cash reconciliation (submitting and reconciling expense reports).

Ordering Enovix branded items as needed including calendars, swag, badges, posters, etc.

Work with Procurement on vendors who will work with our preferred payment methods.

HR

Coordinating background verification (BGV) and insurance processes for new joiners.

Sending out emails related to events and engagement activities Sending out addition and deletion Insurance details to vendor

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in executive support and office management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail

Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Immediate joiners are preferred
