Key Responsibilities1. Supervise all aspects of capacity planning, manufacturing, and product delivery.
2. Manage flow and quality of work to assure timely completion of workload and adherence to facility’s standards and regulations.
3. Supervise to ensure products meet or exceed customer quality standards and required delivery schedules are met.
4. Ensure compliance with plant standards, procedures and all EHS guidelines.
5. Support certification in ISO and other required battery related standards.
6. Promote process quality improvement using SPC management technique.
7. Identify all controllable failures and eliminate with permanent corrective actions.
8. Manage production schedules and duty assignments.
9. Develop plans to achieve yield and productivity goals.
10. Coordinate with maintenance and facility teams to reduce downtime.
11. Promotion for manufacturing cost management and improvement for each account.
12. Develop ideas and solutions to maximize the productivity with lower costs.
13. Team management.

Desired Qualifications:

1. B.S. required in Operations, Management, Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or related), or B.A. in Business Administration or related field.
2. Min. 5 years of dedicated experience working at manufacturing company including 3 years of experience working as leading/managing multiple departments or functions.
3. Prior production management experience, ideally leading teams of 30+ employees.
4. Experience with or knowledge of large production lines, PFMEAs, and process control.
5. Knowledge of Time Studies, Line Balancing, Lean Manufacturing, Bottleneck Analysis.
6. Experience of managing organization in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
8. Fluent speaking in English & writing capability required.
