Responsibilities:

  • Develop next-generation secondary battery cells (Li-ion, all-solid-state, etc.)
  • Develop and optimize cell design, assembly process, formation, and aging processes
  • Conduct battery performance evaluations (capacity, power, cycle life, safety, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Major in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Energy Engineering, or related fields
  • Understanding of Li-ion / secondary battery fundamentals and electrochemistry
  • Experience in materials (cathode/anode/electrolyte/separator) or cell development experiments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in secondary battery development or process engineering (industry or research lab)
  • Research experience in next-gen batteries (all-solid-state, Si anode, high-voltage cathode, etc.)
  • Experience with global collaboration or technical English documentation
