We are building a high-performing SAP S/4HANA Functional Team to operate as a true extension of our client’s internal SAP organization.
This is a senior-level role within a complex, global S/4HANA landscape supporting business-critical processes. Consultants are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and accountability in a productive enterprise environment.
This is not a junior support model. We are seeking experienced L2/L3 functional consultants capable of independently managing end-to-end ticket resolution, advanced configuration, and cross-module integration topics.
Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support in a live SAP S/4HANA environment

Own and resolve tickets end-to-end with full accountability

Perform root cause analysis and propose sustainable solutions

Execute advanced system configuration (customizing) within the respective module

Manage and troubleshoot cross-module integrations
-
Collaborate directly with global business stakeholders
-
Contribute to process stabilization, optimization, and continuous improvement
Required Functional Areas
Candidates must demonstrate strong expertise in at least one of the following streams:
Finance

Required Qualifications
-
7+ years of SAP functional consulting experience (module-specific)

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience

Proven experience providing L2/L3 productive support

Strong configuration skills (customizing) within the respective module

Solid understanding of cross-module integrations
-
Experience working in complex, global SAP landscapes

Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with business stakeholders

Fluent English (mandatory)
Nice to Have

Experience in ECC to S/4HANA migrations
-
Multi-country or global rollout experience
-
Experience in hybrid AMS + project environments

Exposure to SAP BTP
-
Experience in automation or process optimization initiatives
