We are building a high-performing SAP S/4HANA Functional Team to operate as a true extension of our client’s internal SAP organization.

This is a senior-level role within a complex, global S/4HANA landscape supporting business-critical processes. Consultants are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and accountability in a productive enterprise environment.

This is not a junior support model. We are seeking experienced L2/L3 functional consultants capable of independently managing end-to-end ticket resolution, advanced configuration, and cross-module integration topics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support in a live SAP S/4HANA environment

• Own and resolve tickets end-to-end with full accountability

• Perform root cause analysis and propose sustainable solutions

• Execute advanced system configuration (customizing) within the respective module

• Manage and troubleshoot cross-module integrations

• Collaborate directly with global business stakeholders

• Contribute to process stabilization, optimization, and continuous improvement

Required Functional Areas

Finance

• FI/CO (GL, AR, AP, COPA)

• Treasury / Cash Management

• SD (Order-to-Cash – OTC)

• MM (Procure-to-Pay – PTP)

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP functional consulting experience (module-specific)

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience

• Proven experience providing L2/L3 productive support

• Strong configuration skills (customizing) within the respective module

• Solid understanding of cross-module integrations

• Experience working in complex, global SAP landscapes

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with business stakeholders

• Fluent English (mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Experience in ECC to S/4HANA migrations

• Multi-country or global rollout experience

• Experience in hybrid AMS + project environments

• Exposure to SAP BTP

• Experience in automation or process optimization initiatives
