What's next?

• CV Screening – we review your application to see if it matches our requirements.
• Online Test– if shortlisted, you’ll need to complete an online test within three days.
• Phone Interview– we’ll discuss your experience, assess your English and Romanian proficiency (A2 minimum), and ask some technical questions.
• Final Interview – a more in-depth conversation to get to know you better.
• Decision – we’ll inform you of the outcome as soon as possible.
