We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Applications Management-Senior AM Engineer (Support) specializing in Microsoft Dynamics to join our team in Colombia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and management for our Microsoft Dynamics applications, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency for our organization.

Lead and manage the support and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics applications (EN, SE) for the organization

Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system efficiency

Develop and implement best practices for application support, maintenance, and optimization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements
-
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
-
Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues
-
Conduct regular system health checks and performance monitoring
-
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and configurations
-
Participate in project planning and execution for system upgrades and new implementations
-
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Extensive experience in Applications Management, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics (EN, SE)

Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and system optimization

In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and business process optimization

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide mentorship to junior staff

Microsoft Dynamics certifications (preferred)

Experience with customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics functionality

Proficiency in SQL and database management

Familiarity with agile methodologies and ITIL practices
