A Development Lead understands the technical landscape of IT projects, comprehends the business context and goals, and uses their experience to develop optimal solutions, including technology and design choices. They support the project manager in planning software delivery, articulate the vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and work directly with customers to define solutions.
Responsibilities:

Desing, develop and implement high-performance React Native applications.

Write reusable, testable, and efficient code that aligns with best practices in React Native development.

Analyze application health, security, performance metrics, and troubleshoot critical issues.

Collaborate closely with product, UX/UI, and backend teams to ensure seamless cross-platform functionality.
-
Leads and mentors a team of developers by offering guidance and support in their daily activities and professional development

Work in an agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

6+ years of experience in React Native/React development.

Strong understanding of engineering principles and best practices in mobile application development.

Experience developing and deploying applications in a cloud-native environment.

Strong background in state management (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, or similar).

Expertise in unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Detox, etc.).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and release management for mobile apps.

Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholder
Nice to have:
- Experience with financial apps, wallets, etc.
- Experience with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures and GraphQL.
- Knowledge of complementing technologies such as Java, Angular, Swift and Kotlin.
- Exposure to PostgreSQL, NoSQL, or graph databases.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
