As a Senior React/React Native Developer at Endava your ideas and suggestions are always taken into account. We have confidence in the people we hire and give them ownership from day one - setting up the project, optimizing processes, or improving the tech stack on a project or within our team. We will make sure you receive structured onboarding and education with our seniors, experienced in mentoring and knowledge sharing.
