Our infrastructure specialists are responsible for designing and implementing back-end services. They ensure reliability, security, and scalability for all platform layers within our solutions. Infrastructure teams provide expertise across virtualization, cloud services, storage solutions, cybersecurity, and scripting and automation.
As a Network Infrastructure Consultant you will be designing, implementing, and optimizing network systems to ensure reliable and secure data communication within an organization. You will analyze network performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide strategic solutions to enhance overall network efficiency and scalability.
Responsibilities:

Deliver network and security solutions for both on-premises and cloud infrastructures as part of a project team.

Design, implement, and test projects based on client business and functional requirements (including international travel).

Collaborate with software and infrastructure architects to define project architecture and requirements.

Research and develop new technologies aligned with client project pipelines.
-
Create and maintain technical documentation for internal and external audience.
-
Provide support during project go-live, performance tuning, and transition to operations
-
Excellent spoken and written English
-
Experience in providing 3rd line-level support for Cisco equipment and services
-
Experience working in a managed services or service provider company
-
Application of structured project implementation methodologies (waterfall and agile)
-
Excellent technical skills in Cisco CLI configuration (VLANs, EIGRP, ACLs, Basic Voip, DHCP pools, ASA network/firewalls rules)

Hands on experience configuring, IPS/IDS, DAI, NAT, and DNS security.

Fortinet Experience
-
Cisco Meraki portal management
-
VMware virtual networking
-
Fibre Channel SAN
-
Linux sysadmin (service troubleshooting, package managing, performance analysis, recompile kernel, SELinux)
-
Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure networking services such as virtual networks, Private Link and service endpoints.

Understanding of web applications firewalls, e.g. Cloudflare, Akamai and Imperva, is preferred.

Understanding of Amazon Web Services networking services such as VPC, Private Link and service endpoints.
-
Other SAN technologies (FCoE, ISCSI)
-
General/Multi-purpose programming skills (BASH, Python, PowerShell, etc.)
-
Advanced security investigations (packet captures, inspection)
Experience in IT Voice/Telephony with skills in:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Voice, VoIP protocols, and SIP
- Experience with Ring Central or similar UCaaS platforms
- Familiarity with compliance recording and analytics tools like Teleware
- Experience with call analytics, SIP trunking, and PSTN connectivity
- Familiarity with cloud-hosted PBX environments
- Experience with Amazon Connect and/or other cloud-based contact centre services
