Technical/Functional Skills:
-
- 5-8 years of experience
- Desired certifications like CSA/CSSA/CLSA in Pega v8.x certified (Optional)
- Expertise in design and implementation activities in PRPC 8.x hosted on AWS Cloud
- Should have hands-on experience in the following PRPC design and implementation topics: Work Object Relationships, UI Rules Design and Development, Rule Resolution/ Inheritance/ Circumstancing, Class Design, Reporting, Routing (skills based), Locking, Agents, Functions/ Java API, Services, Connectors, Parsing
- Have expertise in PRPC tools including the following: PRPC Caching, SMA, Tracer, DB trace
- Java knowledge and experience is a plus.
- Familiar with Pega tools such as AES, PDC, Bix, etc. is added advantage
- Exposure to a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to, Web Sphere or Web Logic, AWS, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Previous experience or interest in standardization of procedures and practices.
- Basic Business knowledge/ understanding of financial markets and products.
- Understands of how own sub-function integrates within the function and commercial awareness
- Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fair knowledge of the business and its technology strategy
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to plan and organize workload
- Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholder
Additional good to have
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent applicable work experience
- Enthusiasm to work and learn in a team environment.
- Ability to work on a task independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in designing a system by working with other technical architects
