Step into this pivotal role and partner with our Site Leader, leadership team, and managers (both local and global) to shape the people strategy for Debrecen and beyond.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Be the go-to HR expert for the NI Hungary site, while making a global mark by contributing to transformative HR projects.
• Collaborate closely with leaders to deliver data-driven insights across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to career development.
• Act as a trusted coach and partner, empowering managers with actionable HR guidance that drives results.
• Champion employee engagement and organizational excellence, ensuring our culture stays at the heart of everything we do.
