The Import Compliance Analyst is a highly tactical role responsible for ensuring all imported goods comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This position requires an action-oriented professional with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:-Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications, and other import requirements.

• Maintain accurate import documentation and ensure timely filing of customs entries.
• Operational Execution: Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve import issues quickly and effectively.
• Track shipments and proactively address delays or compliance risks.
• Risk Management: Identify potential compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct audits of import transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce compliance risks.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

For This Role, You Will Need:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
