In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Understand, analyze & evaluate current business systems & processes and user needs to develop, enhance, implement and maintain fully functional, integrated and operational business systems with related systems, following IT standards.
• Assist in the identification of system issue root cause and work with appropriate resources to implement corrective actions as required. Document user requirements and tests issues in the respective module to re-create applications issues or determine whether new user requirements can be met through existing application functionality or requires customizations. Oracle EBS System Trouble Shooting & Daily maintenance.
• Develop & maintain user documentation, perform user training, and provide user support in conjunction with appropriate IT resources
• Other assignment by the company
• Database administrator.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor degree in Business or IT related field
• CET 4 is priority, fluent oral English.
• Good communication skill, Strong interpersonal skills
• Patience, carefulness, team spirit
• More than 3 years of experiences on enterprise application development or Oracle EBS technical consulting.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experiences with development in PL/SQL, Workflow.
• Experiences with development in SQL,ASP.NET and Web Services.
• ERP /financial applications related knowledge and experiences are plus.
• Sound understanding of development & programming practices.
• Quick learner for new technologies and product knowledge.
• Exhibits good communication, team work, self-motivated, customer focus and results-oriented.
• Must understand the needs of not just users but the organization as a whole and be able to provide the best overall solutions.
• Strong understanding of general business processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with key business concepts, practices, and procedures in the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of good business practices for change control and documentation.
• Good interpersonal skills as direct dealing with end users will be part of daily tasks.
• Able to deal with multiple projects (short & long term with specified deadlines) in addition to unexpected day-to-day issues.
• Able to work independently
