In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Planning and implementing strategies for new market and customer development, as well as managing related performance

• Developing new applications for products and acquiring new customers
• Managing new product development projects

For This Role, You Will Need:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in marketing (business development, product development, collaborative planning, etc.) or sales planning
• Leading internal project as a leader with a positive spirit
• Communicate clearly and optimally with all levels including senior management.
• Working hard for self-development
• Good and effective spoken and written communication skills in Japanese

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:- Experience in marketing at lease 3-5 years

• English ability to handle email communications and presentations
• Knowledge and Experience in PLC and Machine Control
• High level knowledge or experience in analyzing data with Excel
