In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:-
Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a accurate and timely manner

• Monitor financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met.

• Oversee the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and functions.

• Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.

• Oversee cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds as needed.

• Administer and monitor accounting policies and procedures per Corporate Polices & Procedures.

• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting, including tax planning and compliance with Indian accounting standards and statutory law.

• Ensure compliance with all tax legislation and regulations, and manage relationships with auditors and tax authorities.

• Oversight of the location ICQ certification and timely updates.

• Oversee cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds as needed.

• Tax filings

• Treasury and bank co-ordination

For This Role, You Will Need:- Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification

• Minimum 8 - 10 years of working experience in Finance or accounting with proven experience in leading a team

• Good business acumen and strong analytical skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong leadership qualities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent MS Office knowledge

• To work both as an individual contributor as well as be able to manage a team

• Be comfortable to work in a matrix organization structure reporting across geographies, legal entities.

• To work in a fast-paced team environment to meet deadlines

• Strong work ethics

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:-
Working Knowledge in Oracle in a manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of USGAAP and HFM

• Experience in area of financial reporting under Indian GAAP in a manufacturing organisation

• Working knowledge in Direct and Indirect Tax Accounting. Familiar with Indirect Tax issues for Manufacturing and International Taxation
