Based in our Pearland, TX location, you will be responsible for the design, development, and support of industry-leading measurement & analytical instrumentation. This hands-on role offers exposure to real-world engineering challenges and the chance to contribute to innovative solutions that serve global industries.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Work with cross-functional teams—including mechanical, software, and systems engineers—to support the design and development of Emerson’s Automation Solutions products from concept through production.

• Utilize industry-standard electrical design tools to capture circuit schematics and perform simulations to ensure design integrity and performance

• Perform a variety of electronic testing using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators to validate and troubleshoot designs.

• Research and develop new ideas, tools, and technologies that contribute to product innovation and continuous improvement.

• Evaluate Emerson systems and electronic circuits at both the functional block and component level to gain a deeper understanding of system architecture and performance.

• Assist in properly documenting quality-controlled criteria associated with the maintenance of Approval Certification and ISO compliance.

• Support engineering in launching a properly branded product, transforming legacy requirements to Emerson standards.

• Zero (0) years of applicable experience
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
