In this role you will be responsible for end to end quote-to-order delivery to customers across various process industries (such as Life Sciences, Chemical, Energy, Power and Renewables) within Emerson business portfolio and support the sales teams in the pursuit of new business opportunities.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Ensuring understanding, managing and satisfying each requirement or expectation from customers or company’s stakeholders through remote communication or site visits;

Taking ownership of the assigned Technical and Commercial Quote-to-Order scope delivery within Emerson Systems & Software Lifecycle Services business portfolio, following the standard process; ensuring the innovative and cost-effective solutions are proposed; proactively applying methodologies, resources and techniques for minimizing the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality; ensuring stakeholders are proactively informed on the status or any challenges;

Acquiring, maintaining, and actively sharing knowledge and experience with the team and the more comprehensive organization; support on-the-job development of other Service Specialists;

Taking other responsibilities or tasks, including those related to Ethics and Information Security policies within the skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed. The business reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments in line with business requirements.

For This Role, You Will Need:

University degree

Preferred experience in commercial and sales support activities or in the process automation field for various industries;

Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)

Willingness to travel mainly for shorter periods (up to 10%) as required.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Work and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
