In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:-
Support on determining the HSN and ECCN for valve assemblies, instruments and spares, in consultation with Compliance manager.

• Work with Sales, Order administration and vendor data team to set up codes for new customers and end users by providing the necessary information.

• Raise request through central portal for completing due diligence approval of commercial transactions with customers and vendors.

• Releasing hold in Oracle ERP system based on guidelines provided.

• Support Sales team on screening new customers/end users based on trade compliance guidelines using customized tools. Escalate to Compliance manager where necessary.

• Support internal and external audit processes by extracting relevant documents from the system and providing them to the audit teams.

• Reconcile new orders sent by Sales offices to ensure compliance with PO terms and conditions and clarify discrepancies if any within specified lead time. Ensure proper back up documents are received along with the PO documents for clearing orders.

For This Role, You Will Need-
Understanding of international trade compliance processes and/or import-export activities.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Prior experience of working in Oracle will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:- Graduate in Commerce or Law with minimum 3 years’ experience in internation trade. STEM graduates with experience in this field will also be considered.

• Knowledge and experience of 1~2 years in engineering industry will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be mandatory.
