The Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement of all business data, tools, and KPIs for the Projects Group.
This role supports the effective day-to-day operation of the entire Projects delivery organization by coordinating reporting, maintaining resource and demographic information, driving process improvements, and enabling efficient planning, forecasting, and execution across Systems & Software functions.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To work closely with the Projects Group, Customer Service, and i Center to keep business tools, data, and Systems & Software infographics up to date, and update organizational charts and business-success presentations on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- To coordinate consistent KPI reporting for the Projects Group and participate in business and process improvement initiatives.
- To support resource planning and project allocation with the Projects Group management team in line with the S&OP process, provide hours for manual invoicing to Finance, and verify invoicing each financial period.
- To collaborate with the S&OP Lead Europe to produce monthly backlog and forecast reports by country, industry, and discipline, and work with PSS Projects management and Finance to maintain a reliable engineering-rates model in Clarity.
- To prepare monthly Operational Effectiveness and Not Funded time reports, send utilization and future allocation reports each financial period, and maintain accurate demographic models and headcount data for the Projects group in coordination with HR.
- To keep monthly demographic and headcount reports updated, ensure the accuracy of Clarity profiles, OBS assignments, and resource activation/deactivation, and support proper resource integration across the Projects group and Systems & Software.
- To maintain an updated capability and capacity database (projects, roles, tasks, industries, customers), support compliance with health & safety reporting, and perform any new activities or reports requested by the direct manager while seeking opportunities for improvement.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational certificate.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Proficient user of the Microsoft Office package.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Advanced Degree: A master's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in business administration in a project-based activity is preferred.
- Experience in generating reports preferred.
- Familiarity with data science, business intelligence, and data analytics – nice to have.
