We are seeking a visionary and technically adept Principal AI Engineer /Software Engineer in Data Science to lead analytics initiatives and drive innovation across our organization. This role demands deep expertise in machine learning, AI engineering, and full-stack analytics application development, along with the ability to influence cross-functional strategy and mentor emerging talent. You will architect scalable solutions, operationalize advanced models, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership!
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Development
- Translate complex business needs into actionable AI and data science solutions
- Architect and operationalize advanced machine learning pipelines, including feature stores, automated retraining, and drift monitoring.
- Implement MLOps practices to reduce experiment-to-production cycles and ensure model reliability and governance.
- Develop full-stack analytics applications, integrating predictive and generative services into BI layers and building reusable components for enterprise use.
- Pilot and standardize GenAI models tailored to vertical domain use cases, driving innovation and competitive advantage.
- Design and maintain high-quality data pipelines across batch and streaming architectures, embedding data quality, lineage, and auto-scaling.
Technical Leadership & Mentoring
- Guide and mentor data scientists and analytics engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Promote metadata-driven pipelines and “data as code” principles across analytics teams.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Master’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent Bachelor’s Degree and experience.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale analytics solutions
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and distributed systems (e.g., Spark, Airflow, Databricks).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts including neural networks, NLP, model validation, and bias mitigation.
- Experience with MLOps platforms, model registries, and governance frameworks.
- Strong process and operational business acumen
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Certifications in AI/ML, MLOps, or cloud platforms (e.g. Azure or Snowflake).
- Experience programming proprietary agentic workflows and integrating them into business workflows.
