In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

As a Salesforce Administrator within Emerson’s Test & Measurement (NI) business unit, you will support the configuration, maintenance, and day‑to‑day operation of our Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with users and cross‑functional teams to understand business needs, implement configuration updates, assist with data management, and ensure the system runs reliably. Your responsibilities include managing user access, maintaining standard configurations, supporting release readiness activities, and building reports and dashboards that help teams work more efficiently. You will also deliver training, provide user support, and promote effective use of Salesforce across the organization.

You take pride in maintaining data quality, learning new Salesforce capabilities, and helping users adopt best practices. With a structured and proactive approach, you help ensure the platform delivers consistent value to the business.

Required Capabilities and Skills

  • 2–4+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce standard functionality, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts
  • Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Ability to support and improve existing configurations through thoughtful updates
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Copilot)
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Positive attitude, strong problem‑solving skills, and willingness to learn

Preferred Capabilities and Skills

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience supporting sales processes and CRM workflows
  • Familiarity with App Exchange tools and Salesforce release processes
  • Experience with data import, data cleanup, and maintaining data quality
  • Exposure to version control or deployment tools (e.g., Blue Canvas, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience supporting or customizing Salesforce Service Cloud

This role is onsite and may be based at our Debrecen or Budapest, Hungary, or Cluj, Romania office.
