Quality Engineer 3 (Temporary 6 months)

TF Quality Management System design, documentation and implementation.

• Provide technical knowledge and consulting on quality management system requirements and designs.

• · Assures that the quality management system design meets all applicable requirements.

• Establishes project schedules and facilitates resources to meet implementation objectives.

• · Manage, implement and report on Internal/external Auditing Schemes for the QMS

Work with the different departments in order to identify quality management system improvements, maintaining always the continuous improvement.

• Increase quality culture at the manufacturing processes, support and satelital processes.

• Implement quality management system continuos improvement programs and keep them growth.

Manage the corrective actions system (CAPA’s), for his creation, asgment, follow up and closure.

Review, approves and provide support preparation of quality management system documentation.

• Review format and content of documents in accordance with industry standards

• Solicits and receives technical input from functional groups.

• Organizes, writes and edits copy and illustrations for quality management system documentation.

Maintain a detailed knowledge of applicable quality management system standards, industry standards and customer requirements, including ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ATEX, IECEX, PED, MID, ASME, etc.

Suport to all plant to assure the effective implementation of manufacturing processes related to Ex products ith the corporate approvals team support, including externally provided products, services, and processes.

Identifies schedules and facilitates quality training programs
