MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act window for dedicated Customers’ Credit management, Costings and Tax reporting and filing, e.g. BEPS, One Source Tax Provision (OTP), Return to Provision (RTP) and other local tax requirements
• Collaborate with Shared Service Center (SSC) to complete monthly closing and conduct Balance sheet review. Work with Customer Service Team to manage the past due balances that may impact or impede shipment of orders.
• Prepare the monthly, quarterly, annual reporting packages by local and Business Unit (BU) requirements
• Conduct a key role for internal audit, external statutory audit (if required), regular tax examination and customs audit
• Assist Reginal Financial Controller on the POR reporting and other ad hot assignments.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

• BA degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting and Tax
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance
• Strong digital literacy in MS Office (Excel / word/ Power Point) and ERP systems (experience with Oracle / SAP is a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communications skills and fluent in English
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement
• Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic, fast paced and team-oriented environment
