You will assist project managers in Esker implementation, including testing, configuration, and pre-production and post-production support. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Act as second-level back-up when ticket and query volumes are high.
  • Assist and support the accounts payable leadership team with KPIs and operational challenges.
  • Generate and present reports based on operational deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Provide full support and assistance to the accounts payable team regarding issues and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Gather and analyze critical information and data needed by the team.
  • Work closely with the operations team to review existing processes, identify problems, and recommend Esker solutions.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any Accounting-related degree.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in General Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Audit.
  • Extensive experience in AP invoice processing and AP invoice resolution.
  • Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standard Board regulation.
  • Practical knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle Cloud, etc.).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
