  • As a Project Manager within our European PMO team, you will lead the delivery of assigned customer projects by coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure execution within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, ensuring effective project governance, and promoting continuous improvement across project delivery processes.We are looking for a colleague to join this international team in either our Lugagnano (Italy), Monchengladbach (Germany), Cluj (Romania) or Madrid (Spain) office. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Deliver assigned projects within the agreed scope, cost budgets, timelines, and quality requirements.
  • Manage and report on resource demand, financial performance, and overall project progress.
  • Proactively drive change management and risk mitigation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Apply PMO execution methodology, ensuring all project documentation and administrative requirements are completed and maintained.
  • Review proposals and contracts to confirm alignment with project scope and execution strategy.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to project team members in a collaborative environment.
  • Lead initiatives focused on improving internal project execution processes.
  • Work closely with Emerson engineering teams to ensure resource planning, staffing, and forecasting meet project needs.

You anticipate issues before they arise, solve problems with creativity and sound judgment, and take action quickly when new information or changing conditions require it. For This Role, You Will Need:- Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in systems, software, process automation, or application engineering, combined with project and technical management exposure.
  • Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of project financials and planning principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to build productive partnerships with both customer stakeholders and key suppliers.
    Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:- PMP certification or further education in business administration, operations, or project management.
  • Knowledge of an additional European language.
