Responsible for defining Energy and Transportation Solution (ETS) business line sales strategy in the CSEE Region, with a key focus on ETS Products (RTU and Flow Computers) Market, the ETS Sales Leader will establish and maintain high-level relationships with Key End Users as well as Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) customers as an essential foundation for this success. The ETS Sales Leader works in close collaboration with the in-country sales and European ETS Leadership.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To reach the budget allocated for the ETS business in the region (CSEE).
- To educate and engage with country sales teams.
- To develop and secure ETS system opportunities covering Flow Computers, RTUs, SCADA and other ETS products.
- To identify and develop plans to go after the competition's installed base.
- To closely align with ETS SMEs and leadership on business strategies.
- To engage with C-level people at key customers.
- To organize workshops/discovery sessions with customers to create a vision and work closely with SME’s to define the Scope of Work.
- To align with the proposals team and develop competitive techno-commercial proposals.
- To attend industry events and stay current with industry/market trends.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A bachelor's degree is required in a technical or engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years' sales experience in the Automation market.
- Proficient in selling RTUs, Flow Computers, SCADA software, subscription, software licenses & implementation services, in an OT environment
- Good communication skills (verbal and written); ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations
- Ability and desire to travel within Central-South-East Europe
- Be a dedicated, self-motivated sales professional.
- Be a teammate willing to work with other salespeople in the industry, region, and globally.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Midstream or Upstream industry knowledge
- Knowledge of the Emerson Software and Hardware portfolio
- Previous experience within the automation sector is a plus
- Solid experience building and maintaining customer relationships and closing software sales deals
