In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide active daily on-site / in-house service and maintenance for DCS.

  • Trouble shooting of DCS HW and SW.

  • Establish DCS Network and configuration.

  • Plan and complete system updates, patches, and upgrades.

  • Perform system health checks, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of control system.

  • Participate on emergency on call requests.

  • Support DeltaV-related projects, including migrations, expansions, or new installations.

  • Maintain good relationship with the customer during and after completion of the services.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience of a field service engineer in the process control system industry.

  • Frequent Japanese speaking & writing

  • Legal authorization to work in Japan without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Previous experiences with DCS/PLC.

• Basic network infrastructure knowledge.

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and commissioning documents.
