In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Responsible for strategic EPC account management, including development and execution of account strategies and key action plans
- Lead and manage EPC project pursuits from early engagement through award, coordinating cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, and business units
- Define pursuit strategies, win plans, and value propositions aligned with customer needs and Emerson’s commercial objectives
- Interface closely with EPC engineering, procurement, and project execution teams, as well as licensors, end users, and consortium partners when required
- Provide regular management reporting on project pursuit status, funnel development, forecasting accuracy, and profitability analysis
- Own commercial strategy including pricing, margin management, risk assessment, and contract terms in compliance with Emerson policies and approval processes
- Develop and drive mid- and long-term EPC business strategies and marketing plans for designated accounts
- Lead and direct continuous process improvement initiatives across EPC sales activities to improve efficiency, quality, and win rate
- Lead the development of complete technical and commercial proposals, including all required documentation, for GP3 and major projects
- Monitor key performance metrics and lead continuous improvement actions based on performance insights
- Build and maintain strong, long-term strategic customer relationships to support Emerson’s sales strategies and growth objectives
- Deliver effective presentations and demonstrations of Emerson’s products, systems, and technical solutions
- Provide timely, accurate sales data, reports, and analyses to support management decision-making

For This Role, You Will Need:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Over 10 years of experience in the process control or automation industry, with strong exposure to EPC business
- Solid understanding of EPC instrumentation scope, work processes, and automation products
- Strong awareness of competitors, their strategies, and effective counter-tactics
- Strong business acumen with established customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Excellent in Microsoft Office & Presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as required
