Job Description

• Vetting, reviewing and negotiating various Agreements /Contracts/Transaction with quality inputs and quick turn-around time.

• Primary focus on Contractual / commercial risk identification.

• Ensure Contracts are in compliance with guidelines / playbook and minimizing risk while aligning with business goals

• Rendering assistance and support to all stakeholders and work closely with cross-location teams, to provide the overall legal strategy and guidance on all transaction

• Prepare, review, and modify legal documents to support business activities.

• Supporting Regulatory Compliance team to complete the Due Diligence formalities

• Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned,

Qualification / Skills:

• Law Graduate (LLB) from reputed university.

• Well versed with Laws of Contracts in India and related regulations

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience,

• Excellent drafting, negotiating and communication skills.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple matters simultaneously.

• Well acquainted with use of technology.
