We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Platform Operations Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our application infrastructure, work with both on-premises and cloud-based platforms and learn how to build solutions that help our developers and application users work more efficiently. You will collaborate with various teams in an international environment, contributing to the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Assist in supporting and maintaining application infrastructure and platforms across on-premises and cloud-based environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents, working with senior team members to conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

• Collaborate with engineering and other technical and non-technical teams in an international setting.

• Support the development and implementation of solutions that enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of our platforms.

• Participate in monitoring, optimizing, and improving infrastructure and deployment processes.

For This Role, You Will Need

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant studies

• 2 to 6 years experience in IT applications and infrastructures; and knowledge on Linux and Windows operating systems.

• Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell)

• Understanding basic networking and web technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, load
  balancing, etc.)

• Expertise in platform operation management is a plus.

• Experience with web servers or application servers (Oracle Weblogic, IBM Web Sphere) is a plus

• Familiarity with DevOps and infrastructure as code tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, ELK, or Ansible or with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure is an advantage.
