In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:-
Review client specifications and prepare project quality plan, inspection & test plan, testing requirements and project quality documentation.

• Review supplier/fabricator submission quality documentation/CRS response and be the PIC for managing this process till successful submission and approvals.

• Support compilation of Final MDR

• Raise CIR reports for nonconforming process or materials and to follow through for closure.

• Monitor project Key Process Indicators for continuous improvement

• Managing incoming inspections and QC inspections activities

• Support project audits

• Work with clients on clarification matters on project documentation and client specifications.

• Managing Class activities with internal and external stakeholders and ensure compliance is met.

• Any other assignment by the Quality Manager

For This Role, You Will Need:

• ISO 9001 or ISO 29001 QMS knowledge.

• ASME IX/V/B31.3/B16.5 knowledge.

• Experience in handling Class certifications with Classification Society (i.e ABS FOI rules etc.)

• Demonstrate personal commitment to safety and quality culture

• AWS/CSWIP 3.1/3.2 , NACE/BGAS, ASNT TC-1A certifications

• Additional knowledge of AGA 9, API 6D, API 598 is advantageous

• QMS Lead auditor or internal auditor will be considered is advantageous

• Knowledge in Metering Skids / Analytical Skids Fabrication and Intergration is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: -
Minimum Qualification – BSC in Industrial Engineering

• More than 10 years of experience in Project QAQC environment in Process Industry for Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry
