If you are a skilled Machinist (2nd shift) professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Stafford, Texas location, you will have a strong understanding of machine tools and manufacturing processes. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Operate machine tools, mills, and grinders.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Set up and operate machine tools to achieve desired tolerances and finishes.

• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Maintain and clean equipment to ensure efficient performance.

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 3 or more years of machining experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of various machining techniques and tools

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience with CNC machining

• Knowledge of programming and operating CNC machines

• Experience with precision measuring instruments

• Mazatrol or Fanuc Controllers

• Toyoda, Hyundai or Mazak experience
