Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business partners, you will help ensure changes are understood, adopted, and sustained. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Drive best practices in communication and change management creation, planning, distribution, distribution, and processes for the Enterprise IT organization.

  • Support the development and execution of change management plans and communication frameworks aligned with project objectives.

  • Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments and facilitate alignment across business units to identify change risks and mitigation strategies.

  • Track change-related metrics and report on progress and effectiveness, recommending enhancements to processes and frameworks.

  • Develop and maintain project communication plans, ensuring consistency and timeliness across organizational standards.

  • Collaborate with training teams to create user guides, job aids, and learning sessions.

  • Create clear, engaging communication materials such as announcements, FAQs, training content, and leadership updates.

  • Utilize diverse communication channels including email campaigns, presentations, videos, internal social media, and self-help articles to reach a global audience.

  • Support Process Excellence, Strategy Planning, and IT Business Management initiatives.

You communicate effectively in various settings, whether one-on-one, in groups, or across diverse styles and levels. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals throughout the organization. You deal comfortably with the uncertainty of change and adapt quickly to new situations. You balance planning with actions and relate well to people across levels, functions, cultures, and geographies.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, Journalism, Marketing, Information Technology, Technical Writing, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in change management, communications, or organization change management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience supporting organizational or technology change initiatives.

  • Ability to work with technical subject matter experts and translate information for non-technical audiences.

  • Familiarity with multiple communication channels, including video, web, and internal social media.

  • Proficiency in Office 365 and cloud storage tools.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Skilled presenter, comfortable speaking live or on camera is a plus.

  • Experience with process or journey mapping is a plus.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Visio and Power BI or willingness to learn.
