In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Respond to sales inquiries from customers by ensuring on-timely and complete entering of orders

  • Acknowledge orders for customers, provide about any delays of the shipment.

  • Review and process change requests

  • Expedite factories to make sure items are delivered on time

  • Keep close contact with customer and sales organizations

  • Process and issue invoices

  • Look for continuous improvement opportunities, maintain and improve customer satisfaction

Who You Are:

Dedicated employee to provide liaison between sales offices-factory-customers, work together with country sales organization to reach high level of customer service.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Proficient knowledge of English

• University or college degree

• Digital literacy are necessary like: Word, Excel, Outlook

• We require customer focus behavior and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions

• You gain insight into customer need

You research initiatives and try new approaches

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Sales or customer service-related experience is an advantage

Knowledge of German language
