As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that all operations align with technical documentation and established procedures. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Oversee and manage the entire production process, ensuring compliance with instructions, technical documentation, and established procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Drive cost-effective production by optimizing processes to meet daily production goals and timelines, collaborating with Production Leaders to track and evaluate outcomes.
- Implement automation and digitalization initiatives, leveraging SCADA systems to enhance production flexibility and efficiency, while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure the highest level of workplace safety and initiate activities that promote a safe production environment.
- Manage material availability to guarantee uninterrupted production, optimizing inventory turnover without compromising stock levels.
- Supervise the maintenance of the machinery park, ensuring good technical condition through effective personnel management and technical interventions.
- Support and develop employees by identifying and nurturing talents, providing training opportunities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.

- Advanced proficiency in English and Polish, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication in international and diverse team settings.
- Practical experience with ERP systems and production management software, such as SCADA, to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
