In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Conduct analyses as needed to support the development, implementation, and administration of Total Rewards programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner with the business to help identify compensation and benefit related issues; Provide guidance, training, and communication to resolve.
- Providing recommendations as needed to HR and the business regarding salary adjustments, promotions, and new hire compensation.
- Partner with team to work on data integrity projects to strengthen system data and the resulting analytics.
- Provide support for the annual salary adjustment and incentive cycles
- Participate and support various ongoing Total Rewards transformation projects
- Support day-to-day compensation and benefit analysis needs
- Preparing reports and presentations to communicate compensation and benefits insights to stakeholders

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field required
- 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits; Experience in LATAM Compensation and Benefit practices
- Understand laws and regulations regarding compensation in LATAM
- Strong written English and Spanish skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Must possess strong math, analytical and writing skills
- Strong communication skills adaptable to all levels of the organization
