  • Provide people leadership for the team: acting as a role model, managing day-to-day performance, coaching and motivating team members, and ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with the Product & Software Director and HR to recruit, onboard, develop, and promote team members, including leading performance and development processes, creating succession plans, and designing growth opportunities for key talent.
  • Promote high employee satisfaction and retention by fostering psychological safety, supporting wellbeing, and creating clear paths for career development.
  • Act as a Trade Compliance User by following Emerson’s Trade Compliance procedures, ensuring that all relevant transactions are screened and recorded appropriately, and escalating any concerns to the local Gatekeeper.
