Brand Manager

Job Summary:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic marketing plans for assigned pharmaceutical brands within the Taiwan market to drive brand growth and achieve commercial objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans, including market analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and identification of key opportunities and threats.
- Manage the full product lifecycle for assigned brands, from launch planning and execution to ongoing market optimization and potential divestiture strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, market access, and global marketing teams to ensure successful brand implementation and alignment.
- Analyze market data, sales performance, and customer insights to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop and manage brand budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Lead the development of promotional materials, sales tools, and educational programs in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and relevant external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on brand performance, providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with ethical guidelines, industry regulations, and internal company policies (e.g., promotional codes, pharmacovigilance).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or brand management, with a proven track record of successful brand growth.
- Strong understanding of the Taiwan pharmaceutical market, including regulatory environment and healthcare system.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Results-oriented with a strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
