In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to strengthen their business acumen while further developing communication, influencing, and analytical capabilities. The position is accountable analysis of Sales data for decision making of the business while performing the execution of financial controls within the B2B operation which requires a strong sense of integrity, ownership and accountability.

The role demands the ability to perform effectively under pressure, navigate constructive confrontation, and act as an efficient driver. The ideal candidate demonstrates agility, a willingness to adapt to change, and a consistently high level of attention to detail. Resilience is essential to deliver solid and sustainable business results.

This position is a key member of the business, responsible for ensuring that approximately 80% of the affiliate’s revenue is executed in alignment with Lilly’s values of respect for people, excellence, and integrity.

B2B Analyst

Key activities:

  • Consolidate and analyze data intelligence to contribute to financial, supply and sales forecast execution for decision making by the business.
  • Lead B2B activities (invoicing, deliveries, sales and inventory forecast, audit, accruals and reverses, etc.) from direct clients in coordination with logistics and warehousing head.
  • Proactively provide strategic insights to the business (Marketing, sales, finance, commercial strategies, and supply) by analyzing sell in, sell through and sell out of private market.
  • Coordinate efforts and execution of commercial strategies in pharmacy chains, and distributors in coordination with Key account executives towards support the business plan targets.
  • Accountable of the control and the execution of key financial processes e.g. credit notes, accruals reverses and BD projects.
  • Active negotiation with top clients to streamline the operation towards business targets and effectively execute financial controls. Build and maintain a solid business relationship with our customers. Ensure service level accordingly towards product availability and avoid overstocks (O2C process) through positive influence and leadership inside and outside the organization.
  • Identify and maximize business opportunities throughout all the clients towards improving service level, Days of stock, DSO´s.
  • Comply with FRAP, SOX and internal compliance and legal requirements. Broad-based administrative support experience to comply with policies and procedures.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas, influence others to accomplish challenging goals and objectives and to achieve results in a culturally diverse workplace and being an ambassador of a “can do mindset” within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Finance, Administration, Actuary, Marketing, Engineering or similar.
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience in negotiation and strategic analysis
  • Advanced Excel and curiosity for new technologies.
  • Programming foundations will be considered as a plus.
