The CMH team aims to expand access to care and improve treatment adoption for people living with obesity. Multiple specialties play a role in managing this chronic condition, and primary care will remain essential as the landscape evolves. This role will lead customer expansion efforts across specialties, with a strong focus on primary care, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to enhance engagement, education, and adoption within diverse healthcare audiences. Manager Customer Expansion Strategy
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a customer expansion roadmap aligned with overall brand objectives.
- Define strategic priorities, goals, and KPIs to guide engagement across relevant specialties.
- Lead the development of primary‑care–focused engagement approaches based on insights from research, customer feedback, and field learnings.
- Collaborate with adjacent business units to identify opportunities for coordinated customer engagement and shared initiatives.
- Support the rollout of regional initiatives that strengthen local execution and cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner closely with medical, commercial, and operations teams to streamline customer journeys and optimize engagement touchpoints.
- Adapt global materials and develop local content to support digital and omnichannel activities in accordance with brand and compliance standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators—including adoption, reach, and partnership effectiveness—to guide ongoing optimization.
- Use segmentation tools and analytics to refine targeting and support tailored engagement plans.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or strategy roles.
- Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Analytical mindset with experience in segmentation, customer insights, and omnichannel execution.
- Primary care experience it´s an add on.
