• 公用设施维护翻班技术员负责为公用设施系统运行提供支持，以及工程改造实施，包括设施巡检、预防性保养、紧急维修、运行监控、备件管理、消防维保、工程改进等项目实施，需进行翻班作业。

• 熟知工厂常用公用设施机械设备工作原理以及风险识别，能遵守礼来要求的安全，质量要求的行为准侧。

• 执行公用设施和设备的预防性维护和校验工作，使系统保持在良好确认状态；

• 执行故障维修，能够处理低至中等难度的故障排除；

• 根据主管的明确指示，通过工程保养对工厂公用设施系统进行维护保养，从而使生产稳定运转。

• 计划和执行在特定操作区域中的保养如：预防性和故障排除维护等。

• 在日常运作中对设施进行监控，如发现偏差要及时采取对策予以解决。

• 根据HSE和5S的要求参与和执行所分派的任务。如对维护维修过程中涉及的供应商施工进行现场监督，确保供应商符合礼来安全要求；
