Main responsibilities:
- Managing the assigned territory and effectively promoting Lilly products to achieve agreed promotional and business objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Representing Lilly in all customer interactions and conducting business activities with high performance, professionalism, and integrity, in line with company policies and compliance standards.
- Planning and executing regular, high‑quality customer engagements to ensure effective scientific and promotional communication.
- Organizing and supporting scientific meetings, workshops, and conferences in the assigned territory.
- Collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure consistent implementation of brand strategies and customer‑centric solutions.
Our expectations:
- higher education,
- prior experience in pharmaceutical sales roles.
- proven ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- understanding of cardiometabolic diseases (diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular conditions) and associated therapies
- high commitment towards achieving sales goals,
- good planning and organization skills,
- ability to manage sales activities in the dedicated territory,
- strong communication and interpersonal skills for scientific exchange
- analytical thinking,
- fast learner, open-minded and agile personality
- enthusiastic, committed, and accountable towards success
- English language skills,
- driving license category B,
- computer skills (including MS Office).
